Orders and returns

Every Vincent Peach piece is handcrafted to order in Nashville. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors. Production and delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Because each piece is made to order, returns are accepted on a limited basis and may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale. To request a return or report an issue with your order, contact us via the Contact page within 14 days of delivery.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, graphics, designs, logos, and the “Vincent Peach” name — is owned by Vincent Peach Fine Jewelry or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
