Every Vincent Peach piece is handcrafted after your order is placed. Here's exactly what happens between checkout and delivery.
You Place Your Order
Once you check out, you'll receive an immediate confirmation email with your order details, the piece you've chosen, and an estimated delivery window of 6–8 weeks. Keep this email, it's your reference for everything that follows.
Your Order Reaches Nashville
Your order is sent to Vincent Peach's studio in Nashville, Tennessee. Here it is reviewed, the materials are sourced, Tahitian pearls, hand-selected leather, pavé diamonds, and your piece is assigned to an artisan.
Handcrafted to Order
Your piece is made entirely by hand. No two pieces are identical. The artisan works with the specific pearl, leather, or stone chosen for your order. This stage typically takes 4–6 weeks depending on complexity and material availability.
Quality Inspection
Before leaving the studio, every piece passes a final quality check. Clasps, settings, finishes, and proportions are all verified against Vincent's standards. If anything falls short, the piece is reworked, not shipped.
Shipped with Tracking
Your order ships with full tracking from Nashville. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number the moment it leaves the studio. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days of shipping.
Arrives in Our Signature Box
Every piece is presented in the Vincent Peach signature box, a brown presentation case embossed in gold and hand-tied with a cream satin ribbon. No additional wrapping is needed. It is ready to give the moment it arrives.

Common Questions
Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes can be accommodated within 48 hours of placing your order, before materials are sourced. After that point, the piece enters production and cannot be altered. Contact us immediately at the Nashville studio if you need to make a change.
Will I receive updates during production?
You'll receive a confirmation when your order is received and a shipping notification with tracking when your piece dispatches. For extended orders or bespoke commissions, the studio will contact you directly.
What if I need it sooner?
Rush orders may be possible for select pieces depending on material availability. Contact the Nashville studio directly to discuss your timeline before placing your order.
What is the returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Because each piece is handcrafted to order, we ask that it be returned in original, unworn condition with all packaging. Custom or bespoke commissions are non-returnable.
